If you are dissatisfied with your property tax protest results, you have the right to appeal the ARB’s decision. Depending on the facts and type of property, you may be able to appeal to the district court, to an independent arbitrator, or the State Office of Administrative Hearings (SOAH).

To have a hearing and dispute the appraised value, you must file a protest with the Bexar County Appraisal District by May 15th.

You have two options to file: online E-File or via Mail.
